These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using the KILMURRY.IE IPTV subscription service. Please read them carefully before you purchase or use your IPTV Ireland subscription — by doing so you agree to everything set out below.

1. Agreement to These IPTV Subscription Terms | IPTV Ireland

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IPTV subscription service provided by KILMURRY.IE. By purchasing, accessing or using the service, you (“you”, “the customer”) confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not purchase or use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and KILMURRY.IE and apply to every plan and order.

2. Key Definitions for Your IPTV Subscription | IPTV Ireland

  • Service — the streaming service, channels and on-demand content supplied by KILMURRY.IE.
  • Subscription — a paid plan giving access to the Service for a set period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
  • Login Credentials — the username, password or activation details we issue to you.
  • Device — any compatible hardware (Firestick, Smart TV, phone, tablet, MAG, PC, etc.) used to access the Service.
  • Content — the live channels, programmes, films and series made available through the Service.

3. Your IPTV Subscription Account With IPTV Ireland

Your Login Credentials are personal to you and your household. You agree to keep them confidential and not to share, sell, sub-licence, publish or otherwise distribute them. Each plan permits a set number of simultaneous streams — one device on the 1-month plan, two on the 3 and 6-month plans, and up to three on the 12-month plan. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, and you must notify us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised. We may suspend or terminate any account that is shared or used beyond its permitted number of connections.

4. Payment & Pricing for Your IPTV Subscription | IPTV Ireland

Current prices are €14.99 (1 month), €29.99 (3 months), €39.99 (6 months) and €49.99 (12 months), shown in euro. Each plan is a one-off payment for the period you choose and does not renew automatically — you decide whether and when to renew. We accept payment by debit or credit card, PayPal, Revolut, bank transfer and crypto. We may change our prices at any time, but a change will never affect a period you have already paid for. You are responsible for any third-party charges (for example bank or cryptocurrency transaction fees). You can view current plans on our subscription page.

5. Delivery & Activation of Your IPTV Subscription | IPTV Ireland

Once your payment is confirmed, we deliver your Login Credentials and a setup guide — normally within 5 to 10 minutes — by WhatsApp or email. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details so we can reach you. The Service requires your own compatible Device and a stable broadband connection: we recommend a minimum of 15 Mbps for HD streaming and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. We are not responsible for problems caused by your internet provider, your equipment, your home network or any factor outside our reasonable control.

6. Refunds & Cancellations for Your IPTV Subscription | IPTV Ireland

The Service is digital and supplied immediately. By requesting activation and accepting these Terms, you give your express consent to the immediate supply of digital content and you acknowledge that, once your Login Credentials have been delivered, you lose any statutory 14-day right to cancel. Because access is provided instantly, fees are generally non-refundable once an account has been activated.

If you experience a technical problem, please contact our support team first — most issues are resolved quickly. Where we are genuinely unable to deliver a working service and cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, we may, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement or partial refund. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account. Nothing in this section affects any statutory consumer rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Acceptable Use of Your IPTV Subscription | IPTV Ireland

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

  • share, resell, sub-licence or publish your Login Credentials;
  • use more simultaneous streams than your plan allows;
  • use the Service for commercial or public broadcast without our written permission;
  • copy, record (beyond any personal catch-up feature), redistribute or rebroadcast Content;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations that apply where you live. Breaching this section may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. Content & Third-Party Services in Your IPTV Subscription | IPTV Ireland

Content is provided on an “as available” basis. Channel line-ups and on-demand libraries may change, and individual channels or titles may be added or removed at any time without notice; we do not guarantee that any particular channel, programme or feature will always be available. The Service may rely on third-party applications (such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or IBO Player), which are provided by other companies under their own terms and which we do not control. All trademarks, channel names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. You are responsible for ensuring you hold any rights or permissions required to view Content in your jurisdiction.

9. Service Availability of Your IPTV Subscription | IPTV Ireland

We work hard to provide reliable, high-quality streaming, but we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, internet provider issues, network conditions or events beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure) may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for downtime caused by third parties, your own equipment or your internet connection.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Privacy & Data in Your IPTV Subscription | IPTV Ireland

We collect only the limited personal data we need to provide and support your subscription — typically your name, contact details and payment confirmation. We process this information in line with applicable data-protection law, including the GDPR where it applies, and we do not sell your data to third parties. You may contact us at any time to access or request deletion of your data. Where we publish a separate Privacy Policy, it forms part of these Terms.

12. Governing Law for Your IPTV Subscription | IPTV Ireland

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
